World Series Sprintcars and Speedway Australia proudly announced just weeks ago that they have developed a partnership with Hi-Tec Oils as the series' naming rights sponsor for the coming season (2011/2012), the annual series silver anniversary.
"Hi-Tec Oils is proud to be associated with World Series Sprintcars, and we look forward to celebrating their 25th year of competition, which is an outstanding achievement," Hi-Tec Oil CEO George Gambino admitted. "WSS is the pinnacle of Australian speedway, and like Hi-Tec it is a quality and well respected brand.
"At Hi-Tec we are concentrating on getting our name and our message out across the country, and an association with WSS provides us an ideal opportunity to connect with a number of passionate fans and competitors across the length of Australia.
"Hi-Tec is 100% Australian, and family owned, so we're all about the people, and like the many teams that compete in World Series, we're passionate too, passionate about our brand. We're also Australia's biggest independent oil producer."
Speedway Australia's Paul Trengove commented on the new association.
"We're thrilled to have Hi-Tec Oils on board as naming rights sponsor for the 25th Anniversary Season of WSS. The partnership makes sense on a number of levels and will be a huge boost for what is shaping up to be the best season of WSS ever. "
The 25th Anniversary Hi-Tec Oils World Series Sprintcars season will kick off in Brisbane on November 26 before travelling across Australia, culminating at the state-of-the-art Perth Motorplex in February.
