Hi-Tec Oils is no stranger to V8 Superboats having supported Brooke Dixon's True Blue Racing entry over the last 12 months, as well as the Temora V8 Superboat facility, so it was no great surprise that when the opportunity came to further invest in the sport, Australia's largest independent oil manufacturer stepped up and committed to the 2011/2012 seasons.

"I'm a big fan of Superboats, and really enjoyed the time we spent at Temora for the final round of the 2010 season," Hi-Tec's CEO George Gambino admitted.

"We're on a big push this year to promote the Hi-Tec brand, and V8 Superboats is an important part of that profile."

Having been re-badged 'Hi-Tec Oils Park, V8 Superboat Temora' the [now] AFJSA promoted Temora facility will continue with the same name through the 2011/2012 seasons.

"We're very happy that Hi-Tec Oils have elected to stay with us for the coming season," AFJSA President Greg Harriman acknowledged.

"They, together with title sponsors Tyreright have made a significant contribution to the profile of the sport over the last few seasons, and that has allowed us to broaden our reach through an expanded media program.

"Temora will be given a fresh look in Hi-Tec red, black and white, and we'll also have the light towers installed by then too, so the facility will be transformed, in part thanks to Hi-Tec's long-term commitment."

Hi-Tec Oils Park V8 Superboats Temora will be the host of the season final over the last weekend in October [29-30].
