During mid-September, Hi-Tec Oils again got involved with watersport, this time, as part of one of the most extreme watersports in the world, the Blown Alcohol boats. The Hi-Tec Oils Blown Boat Warriors were a part of the annual Windsor Spectacular at Governer Philip Park.

In front of a big Sydney crowd, the event which ran over two days, with as many as 50 races on the water (each day) kept everyone entertained with the racing action, the Blown Alcohol boats especially providing plenty of entertainment with their awesome acceleration and top speeds of over 240km/h..
